1. Non-custodial software
IGNIS provides an interface for interacting with autonomous smart contracts on Flare. IGNIS does not hold your private keys or sign transactions for you. Protocol contracts do hold cumulative fee liabilities and permanently locked LP positions under fixed rules; those contracts do not give IGNIS unilateral withdrawal or redirection powers. You remain responsible for owner-wallet requests and locally signed Fast Wallet actions.
2. Fast Wallets
A Fast Wallet is a self-custodial hot trading wallet whose encrypted vault and backup remain under your control. IGNIS cannot recover it or its funds. Its local unlock normally expires after 30 minutes of genuine inactivity; a same-tab refresh preserves only the time that remained. An explicitly armed 1–12 hour Copy Session extends local signing only for that chosen window. Device or browser compromise remains a risk. Publicly linking a Fast Wallet to an owner profile is optional, affects privacy, and does not change which address signed or executed a transaction.
3. Watchlists, messages, and Copy Sessions
Wallet watchlists and participant-only direct messages are interface services, not blockchain features. Messages are stored by IGNIS and are not end-to-end encrypted. A moderator can view an exact message only after a participant reports it. Copy Sessions operate only from the local Fast Wallet while IGNIS remains open, online, and able to execute; browser closure, sleep or suspension, network changes, limits, expiry, or failures may stop execution. Wake-lock support is best-effort. You are responsible for the selected source wallet, sizing, budget, exclusions, slippage, local device security, gas, and every resulting trade.
4. Token and market risk
Launch tokens are highly speculative and may lose all value. Bonding-curve prices, liquidity, fees, taxes, and graduation behavior are determined by the contracts and current chain state. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
5. Your responsibilities
You may use IGNIS only where lawful. Do not create tokens or publish posts, comments, messages, names, artwork, links, or descriptions intended to mislead, abuse, threaten, harass, promote hatred, infringe rights, manipulate markets, distribute malicious material, or share illegal, derogatory, NSFW, or sexually explicit content. Token creators, forum participants, and message senders remain responsible for what they publish or send.
6. Content and interface moderation
Wallet signatures authenticate interface actions but do not prove identity or endorse a claim. IGNIS may, at its discretion, hide or remove posts and comments, act on explicitly reported messages, delist tokens from normal discovery, and suppress images or other media that it considers illegal, hateful, abusive, deceptive, malicious, derogatory, NSFW, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited. A delisted token can still be opened by exact contract address, and moderation does not freeze funds, stop onchain trading, disable claims, or remove immutable content from Flare or IPFS.
7. Smart contracts and third parties
IGNIS depends on Flare, WFLR, FTSOv2, SparkDEX and its reward distributor, RPC providers, wallets, and content gateways. Those systems may change, fail, be congested, alter eligibility or distribution cadence, or contain vulnerabilities. No interface statement guarantees that every LP position receives any particular reward amount or schedule. Permanent LP locking does not guarantee rewards, a market, price, or trading availability.
8. No warranty; limitation
The interface is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGNIS disclaims warranties and is not liable for lost assets, profits, data, opportunities, or indirect damages arising from use of the site, contracts, third-party systems, or community content.
9. Changes
The interface and these terms may evolve. Material protocol economics for an existing launch remain governed by that launch’s onchain snapshot. Continuing to use the interface after updated terms are posted means you accept them.
